Selling COD:WAW

Anyone know what the deal is with selling this game, i.e. the fact that I have been playing it online using the supplied serial. Does this mean I can't sell it on as another use wouldn't be able to go online with the same serial?

Afaik that's the case. You register your online key with your username - that's the impression I got.
