It cant be bought OEM now, you might find some retail copies kicking about. To get it OEM you'd have to buy Vista Home x and downgrade yourself. The Microsoft shop might do electronic delivery but I'm not sure, and they definitely wont be the cheapest. You'd still have to find your own XP key and media anyway!

Ebay? There's a couple on there now and you could always get them to email you the key and download and burn a disc for install until the original arrives.
