I momentarily forgot how to walk when walking down the stairs the other day.
There was flailing of arms and I yelled out "FOOT... FOOOT!" hoping it would suddenly remember what it was supposed to be doing. It failed. Stumblage and swearies followed but no death occurred. Sometimes I wonder how I am still alive.

I forgot Josh's hospital appointment even though I got a letter 2weeks before it was due and even though I worked out Iain finished that morning etc I still forgot.
I feel bad now cos that appointment has been wasted and now we have to wait until Nov!! ooops. Good job Josh is ok!!!!!

Change of shoes.. i normally keep my suit and shoes at work since i cycle to station and change when I'm there.. So I have a suit + trainers - nice!
