Drinks - what's good for you?
I'm not a big tea/ coffee person but do enjoy a green, nettle or peppermint tea. However I never find warm drinks particularly thirst quenching or refreshing, and drink more cold drinks than hot.
I know fizzy drinks should be moderated, and do stick to diet versions, but I'm drinking far too much Pepsi Max at the mo to be good for anyone and really need a cold drink that's not bad for you. Squash bores me, and I was under the impression that it has most of the bad stuff of fizzy drinkies anyway. Am I condemned to tap water?

I rather like good ol' water... but you can make it more interesting by squeezing a lime/lemon in it.

Stick to Pepsi Max
 The finest drink known to man, apart from Mountain Dew which really isn't good for you.My family all drink this flavoured water stuff - not squash really, it's all sort of weird flavours like Elderflower or whatever. Might be worth a try tho.

Juice? We drink a lot of it. 4 cartons for £3 at Asda all different flavours - I <3 Fruits of the Forest.
