Vbulletin administrator problem.

I admin a forum and I have full access thus..

I've given someone else admin rights by making their primary group the admin group and deselecting all the others, but they only have this access.

it's VBulletin 3.6.5

Anyone got any ideas?

Look at what's in Usergroups -> Administrator Permissions.

What he said. You need config level rights to access that screen though.
