Default Vista - Quick way to swap power profiles?

I'm currently running two different profiles on the laptop. Once is for general use, does the usual stuff of shutting down screen or powering off after x minutes of inactivity. The other profile is for watching films via VGA or streaming. It never shuts down, disables screen or anything.

The only way I can currently swap between them is to go to control panel/power options and then select the one I want.

Is there a little script, sidebar widget or anything else I can use that would make the swap easier?

You can tick a box to show the power icon in the system tray, thats what i use to switch between essentially the same kinda settings
