Default What is the difference between...

A stew and a casserole?

Tonight I've done a chicken "something":

Chicken:


Veggies:










And some stock:


Tasted yummy and there is plenty left for tomorrow night too Oh and of course the boys had some and will do again tomorrow:

Stew is cooked in a pan with heat under it, casserole is cooked in the oven.

Celery should come in packs of two, fashioned into a crucifix, and used to repel me in any situation requiring me to be repelled.
