iPod Touch Software Update

Dudes,

Can someone please tell me what the deal is with this:

16GB Touch £204.99 Without Updates

On the Apple shop, an iPod Touch 16GB model is over £260.

Having been pointed in the right direction by someone who I think you all know as JUMPURS (he's Jose Cuervo to me

) it looks as though the software update introduces features previously available on the iPhone only.

So, rumour has it the update from the iTunes shop is $20. If this is true, I don't understand the vast price difference. Am I making a mistake by buying the unit on Amazon and buying the update for pennies from iTunes?
