Baby's got new shoes
Got my new wheels and tyres on yesterday and I love them.
They are Rota Torque Drift in Gunmetal - 17"x8" on the front and 17"x9" on the rear. The tyres are Toyo T1Rs - 215/40/17 on the front and 245/35/17 on the rear. Photos aren't up to much due to the s**t weather. Unfortunately, by the time I got home from having them fitted, I managed to kerb one of them through my own carelessness. I was furious with myself at the time but I've calmed down now. There are a couple of places nearby who refurb wheels so I'll pop along there when I get a chance. They're going to look really good when I get the car lowered

All you need now is bigger brakes to fill alllll that empty space.
I do like those wheels though. Toyo's I'm not too hot on, but the new ones are apparently much better than the old Toyo's *well - I know and like the 888's from Toyo, but not in this weather. *

The 888s aren't really a road tyre though. The T1Rs are highly thought of on the MR2OC forums.

Rotas... good man I have T1Rs and for the money I can't fault them, the only tyres I have found better for my car are nearly twice the price. They are a good all round tyre, good in both the wet and the dry. The only time they are a bit iffy is in the snow.
