So far today I have taught an aerobics class and done a 6k run for a PT session. I am just having a cup of coffee and a sit down before I get the kids tea then go and teach an hour of spinning and then an hour of gymnastics and flexibility.
My question to you lot is: When I get home this evening what level will I have reached on my shaggedout-ometer? I am anticipating reaching at least Crawl Through The Front Door level and am pretty sure Fall Asleep On The Sofa heights will be reached by 10pm. Any guesses? |

I WANT YOUR JOB. And I'll probably start training for it soon.

You can have it for the whole of today while I retire to my boudoir with a bottle of wine.

Something I've found a bit odd at my gym, is that given how many classes some of the instructors run, you really wouldn't guess it from their physique, obviously they could just be eating a lot, but is it naive of me to expect that people who work out 4-5 hours a day all week would be well shaped?

Oh sure, obviously they must all be really fit, surely though all that exercise is a lot of calories being burnt though?

Slight tangent but I've noticed before when I do a full days softball tournament (9am - 6pm usually) it's all bursts of activity, sprinting, hitting, throwing, never enough to get your knackered outright, but you really know you did it the next day, odd.
