Here's a question for ya... I hold a UK TV License.. If I download a BBC TV show the night it's aired, and delete it after watching.. am I breaking the law?

I know it's on iPlayer but I'm after DRM-free. Looks like it's repeated tomorrow so I've scheduled that now. And in answer to your question, does the place you're downloading it from have the rights to redistribute?
