Hello

I need a screenshot of either this: http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/b00fg74m

Or the frame with the title of the progamme on it please.

Without the play button on it preferably... otherwise the noobs I work with will assume that they can watch it.

I need it by 5pm today to send out a mailshot, so if anyone isn't busy that would be brilliant.
