Quite like the design. Now I am not sure if this is because I am using IE6 at work but you have it as a 3 column lay out. However it looks like you have big gaps on the right hand column where the poll is.
Purely from personal preference I like to have content in the main body drawn from the different sections rather than links to other sections like you have at the moment. It's like having two menu systems to each of your categories or sections. |

Not sure I klnow what you mean by content in main body?
I know that there are a few IE6 issues with Joomla 1.5

Now in the centre(Main Body) you have listed with graphics, Intro, Techie Talk, Admirals Log, PC Specifications etc. Right colum is poll and popular visits. If it was me I would go for the left and right colums as they are but in the middle or main body have it feeding the content you create rather than linking it to the sections on the left hand side |

Not sure if anyone else is seeing this, but under IE7, Firefox and Chrome I'm seeing white dots appearing underneath the "huddysworld" logo, they seem a bit odd and out of place.
Other than that it looks great. Nice clean dark theme, good layout. I am a fan of Joomla though, so may be biased
