Call to power tools
Anyone else have this? Got the angle grinder out this afternoon and cutting some brackets followed by sanding them down, prepping to paint. About 20 mins after I start the neighbour 2 doors down has started an electric plane. Over the road has just started drilling and banging something.
I've come back inside to defrost a bit, then venturing back out to do some more. The other noise has stopped Once I go back out I bet they start as well. Just makes me smile as it happened a fair bit last year as well. |

I bought me one of these Makita cordless 18V Li-Ion grinders to go with the batteries my drill uses:
I am a serious tool junkie, will have to post up a tool porn thread at some point...

Dunno, haven't managed to flatten a battery yet
Lopped a few things off the metal racks at work and chopped up some stuff today at home to fit in the bin to save a run to the tip. The Li-Ion batteries last weeks in the drill so should last quite well. It's not as powerful as a mains grinder but it's not bad.
