Help with a REALLY ugly website please?

I'm trying to do a little side business and my home page looks like crap.

I know it does and I don't know what to do to make it look more appealing.

If any of you could give opinions on it I'd appreciate it. Don't worry about hurting my feelings. You won't. I know some basic HTML, just enough to get myself into trouble. And that's about it.

Any and all ideas would be greatly appreciated and credit/payment will be given. Possibly in the form of Mountain Dew?

[EDIT] Suppose it would be a good idea to put up the website, huh?

[EDIT2] And anyone wanting to put their own site up as a link on there, I have no problem.

I think you need to speak to my friend Novakane

He's been sorting out my shop for me and it looks awesome. Such a friendly chap... I'll pm you his email and my webby link (I would post it here but it's not quite finished and people can buy stuff from it and I've not checked it all out yet!)
