Default Capturing MP4 ( Quick Time ) streaming video

Hi,

does any one know a FREE application I can use to capture MP4 Quick Time video streaming ?
My OS is Vista Ultimute 60bit.
I can see the Quick time down loading on the screen though I do no t know where is is being saved too ?
I have checked the Temp Internet Folder and the video is not in there ! ! ? ?

Any ideas please

Yeah, of course the 60bit system could not cope, lol
so I have now put on the 64bit OS ! ! lol, lol, lol
