Editing a video

Ok so I took some videos when I went to see Take That this week, and one of them is 12 mins long (its two different sections of the show that were one after the other) so Youtube wont let me upload it because its too big (apparently it needs to be shorter than 10 minutes)

Is there anything I can do to split the video into two different parts? I took it on my phone (a nokia 5800) and I dont seem to be able to edit it on the phone.

Anyone got any ideas what I can do?

Open the file, set audio and video to 'Direct Stream Copy', select the bits you want, and save.
