Nigel Mansell?

I've just been re-reading Mansell's book and he mentions his golf course (Woodbury Park) a fair bit. I found out a couple of days that he's now sold it so does anyone know what he's up to these days?

I doubt anyone actually knows the guy so it's probably all speculation but I'm just interested. I always liked him so I'm intrigued as to what he's doing.

I've a feeling he owns a karting track somewhere in Dunkeswell (near Honiton). There were a fair few complaints about it a while back but it seems to have calmed down a bit now.
