Tag
Just came across Tag, by students at Digipen - a name you might recognise as being the home of Narbacular Drop, which begat Portal. Tag's not quite as genre-defining as that but it's a nice idea and is a good bit of fun (and more polished than Narbacular was).
It's basically a platformer where you're unable to jump. You have a spraygun which can take three types of paint - green (which makes you jump), red (which makes you run fast) and blue (which makes you stick to walls). You use this to puzzle your way from one side of the level to another. It's a lot more fun than it sounds and it's rather well done. PS If you give it a try, allow yourself a good bit of time as there's no way of saving the game. Once you quit you have to start at the beginning again. Hey, it's a work in progress. PPS I don't think it's ever stated in the game, but you can change the spray colour (when you've collected more than one colour) by pressing 1 2 and 3.
