Need a 24" Screen for computer & PS3 - suggestions?
I'm fed up of not being able to use my PS3 properly, using it on any size of SDTV just sucks.
Don't have the room anywhere for a proper TV so am after something I can use as a secondary monitor for my laptop and for gaming on the PS3. What are my options? If I can get something on a budget it'd be great, looking to spend under £250 for sure, and if I can get something good for under £200 it'd be excellent. Ta.

personally i'd look at something Samsung-ish...
http://www.ebuyer.com/product/158381 A friend of mine got one of the ones thats has a tuner a few years back, cost a fair amount but his is beautiful for a 24ish" display - the contrast is amazing, brilliant picture quality. Last edited by Joe 90; 02-12-2009 at 00:34. |

If you're gonna use it with the PS3 you need to ensure it is HDCP compatible and i'd also recommend going for a monitor that supports 1:1 pixel mapping and/or a 16:9 resolution. If it doesn't support either of these, as the PS3 is 16:9 and monitors are 16:10, you will end up with a vertically stretched image.
