Hardly porn, a bit risque maybe.

Hypocritical because half the managers there will do it as well, the amount of computers we take in for repair from MDs etc that contain nude pics of women, even just on the desktop.

Silly fool. Deserves the book being thrown at him simply because he's probably initiated an internet lockdown for everyone that wouldn't otherwise have happened (the policy may well have been around for a while but that doesn't mean it was very well policed - in fact, given the circumstances, it almost certainly wasn't).
