application help, plesae for the love of god help

Has anyone got any example responses to competency based application questions. Especially about time organisation and job management of people and resources.
It's for a bloody sponsored masters degree and tbh I haven't really done this sort of stuff. But got a few shifts I can think of which contain these problems. But I just cannot fathom out how to word it or what to include.
