Anyone else afflicted with this?

TBH I always thought it was just me and only discovered that it was a known phenomenon recently. Technically a "fear of holes in irregular patterns", in my case it's not so much a fear as just being generally "creeped out" by certain patterns of holes in certain things.

Most people I've told seem to thing it's utterly bizarre and that I'm just weird.

If you want to know if you're afflicted then just do a Google Image search on the term and see if some of the images disturb you.
