Some of you may of seen this on the other forum.
But if you're a food geek, these lectures are awesome, once you get past the few mins of waffle

at the start of each lecture.

Sounds interesting. I'll have to check these out on my pc at work - its annoying when you cant read full titles on the phone!! I could be downloading some already if I could see what they were! (further proof I need an iPad
