Sheep were slain and children were massacred. I make no apologies.

She didn't ask you to apologise, just to think about 'em

Exactly As long as you sit down and think about what you've done, that's fine

Mondeos with induction kits always sound sweet IMO. My ST24, with it's decent exhaust and cold air induction kit sounded SWEEEEEET. Is that a K&N jobby or something a bit more sophisticated or ghetto?

It used to be ghetto - no air filter whatsoever. It now has a Pipercross cone filter on it after the one Leon gave me with the car refused to stay on.
I also have a powerflow exhaust on it, but thats not really audible |

Its really strange that although the video seems like a nice drive through the countryside, it was actually pretty tough going. Maybe the video is "the truth" and it really wasnt all that fast a drive but to give it some perspective (and this I really wont post on the other side)...
Going on where I am in the gearbox and the sound, I reckon that: My top speed on that particular run is just over 100mph (about 45s in) At 1:10ish I take a walled bend at the very top of 2nd which is about 50mph at 1:40-1:50 and again at 2:20 the road is so bumpy that the suspension is right at the bottom of its travel and its making the FRONT END move physically across the road - very disconcerting! For most of that I am taking it at between 70 and 90mph and it felt quite quick from the driving seat (and the passenger with the camera who considers himself a bit of a driver was a little breathless and said he was fairly "scared", so I guess it felt fast as a passenger). Thing is, I dont know the road all that well, so I am sure it could be done faster - if only it wasnt a public road |
