Ahh the satisfaction of Crackdown
Finally managed to get to the top of the Agency Tower in Crackdown. I gave up trying for a bit after my last attempt was cruelly interrupted by my friend phoning me and making me jump both mentally and in the game
Lovely bit of satisfaction accomplishing it though I don't think I breathed through half of the climbing, I was sure I'd mess up and go crashing down. I wasn't following any guides and hadn't watched any videos of it so as not to spoil the fun. Then when it came to jumping off the top into the water I was sure I was going to hit the ground instead of the water so didn't really take in the view I'll have to do it again definitely

I really enjoyed doing that. Like you I hadn't looked at how to do it, I just started jumping and seeing where I could go. I was so so close to missing the water when I jumped off though, literally only about 6 feet away from splatting on the ground instead

I thought I was very close for a while but must have managed to fall at an angle.
I've got to go back up there soon anyhow as I missed an ability orb I didn't have the nerve to try to jump over to it in case I slipped.

I went for it simply because there was no way I was spending 10 minutes climbing it again just for a sodding orb It's a great feature of the game though. Like you I didn't breath at all while climbing it and I can't really think of many games that do that. I really felt like I was on top of the world and I was a little scared. Jumping off sure was fun though. Have you seen some guy drive up it in the 4x4?

I know I can't begin to imagine being able to do that!
Definitely get it when you've got some money spare Pickers It's great fun. Initially when I got it I had some reservations as I was worried it'd be too much like GTA (And I'm fairly bored of GTA now) but it's fantastic fun. Probably doesn't take long to complete but I've been taking my time to work my way through it.

I'm going to have to go back to Crackdown soon, I've still got quite a number of achievements to get and it's one of those games I know I could get 100% on if I just spent the time on it. May do it when Lynne goes away if I've got nothing else to play

A guy I work with has Crackdown and I plan on robbing it when he's finished with it Though if the new DLC is timed right it could be a while yet :/

Can't remember when the DLC comes out? Although Halo 3 beta is soon so you might lose out there
I've still got plenty of the game to work through so not too bothered about the DLC

No date yet, but they have to provide 100 points via DLC for free and with buggie screenie's released it cant be too long. Something else to fill the coming 'drought' of bug titles I guess. Along with double arcade releases (hopefully).
On that unlrelated note, I'm really enjoying Eets. Puzzlers like that are few in number these days.
