Lots of garlic I see! Good man!

Sounds good, never really tried spanish-style cooking, but have cooked similar things in the past - chorizo is awesome!

I'm hungry!

If you can ever get your hands on them one of my favourite dishes is the Pimientos de Padron, as well as the setas con queso roquefort. Also any type of revueltos rocks too... mmmmmmmm.

Lots of garlic is the key though!

setas mushrooms, with a roquefort sauce basically.

revueltos are scrambled eggs basically.

I love spanish cuisine but only because I eat a lot of it so I've got used to it!
