I do believe this lady had the most beautiful singing voice ever ..... I could listen to her all day. It is so sad that she died so young.

All the voice recordings were done in one single take and note perfect every time. She really did have a beautiful warm voice.

I didn't realise that, about them all being single takes.
She was very talented, not always my cup of tea but I can see the appeal and I agree Von, it was such a waste.

My Mum loved the Carpenters so I was brought up listening to all their music
