Went to the dentist today after a sleepless night of immense toothache. I broke a tooth a few weeks ago but the pain was on the other side of my mouth. I avoid my dentist because she is mean but i had to go or i was going to die or something!
The ***** stole the only wisdom tooth i have so far

and has stuck something in the other broken tooth to start a root treatment. EVIL COW.

Anyone has a root treatment? How painful/uncomfortable is it going to be?

I'm sorry I've got no advice. Had 2 wisdom teeth removed but they were taken right out with no after treatment.

Have a *hug* though and I hope you feel better hun.

Hey we are tooth twins! I am just going through pretty much the same thing. I had terrible toothache over last weekend and my dentist has started root canal work (drilled out and filled with a temporary medicated filling thing) + he removed my only top wisdom tooth as that had a hole in it. I do have my bottom two wisdom teeth still though. So far the root canal work has been OK - slight sting from the injections, a few disconcerting drilling noises and slightly painful on the purse. You'll be fine *hugs*.

that is EXACTLY what is going on Aitch even down to the hole in the tooth (top left one) *hugs* i think she is going to take out my other wisdom teeth though when they come in because my mouth is too crowded.

I'm lucky my parents have said they will pay for the work. Thanks for the reassurance

I don't know what it's like... I hope it's okie though!!

I would like a dentist soon... bloomin waiting for long enough. Think my 6th wisdom is ready to be taken out in the near future - it's pushing through all wonky again (yus 6th - I'm "not evolved" enough so have more!)

Big big big MAHOOSIVE hugs though - they'll make you feel better I'm sure

Is that what it means? I had 4 removed yonks ago but have another 4 now (well bits of 4 - they're all part way thru growing - they just don't want to finish)
