I got clouted by a stray elbow in five a side this evening and somehow suffered a triple injury of swollen tongue, swollen lip and bruised jaw.
The painkillers have taken the edge off but I'm still unable to do much more than grunt unintelligibly and gesticulate comically.
Kind of like a frenchman.

I have a meeting tomorrow. I hope I can communicate a bit better than right now or it may be a slightly one sided converstaion.

No real point to this other than releasing the frustration of not being able to articulate complex ideas.
I should ring my Mum but I think she'd just hang up and report the phone call.
