From my experience of working with them....
Bunch of useless ****wits! They managed to connect a main cable to a lan point at one place. That takes some skill.

I know quite a few guys who work for them through an online game I play, but not sure what the company is actually like. I can pass a few questions on if you have something specific you'd like to know?

Well I've had a call about a '2nd/3rd line' role (which I'm guessing is just desktop support like I do now), I'm interested in what kind of progression prospects I'd have as they're talking about less money.
