Here's a question for ya... I hold a UK TV License.. If I download a BBC TV show the night it's aired, and delete it after watching.. am I breaking the law?

I know it's on iPlayer but I'm after DRM-free. Looks like it's repeated tomorrow so I've scheduled that now.

And in answer to your question, does the place you're downloading it from have the rights to redistribute? If not, then dodgy++

Even what I'm doing - recording it for keepsies - is technically against the law.
