I haven't checked, but I very much doubt that they use the same qualifiers in relation to Collies, Labradors, Retriever or many other breeds, even Alsatians

Any suitably trained/provoked dog could try to take a chunk out of a baby - even a yappy little yorkshire terrier. How much it'd take to do that, and how much damage they'd do is another matter, but the outcome would probably be the same.
