Feek was unfortunately, though certainly not surprisingly, correct. Works on the PC but not on the GPS.

T'was definitely worth a go though and many thanks Daz for the efforts.

Oh well, I ordered the real thing - at $110 inc. shipping, with exchange rates as they are, it's not going to break the bank.
