Buy from US Ebay sellers who'll email you the code. There's one quite well known for it, though I've never used the guy so dont have his details.
FYI, live subs are pretty much the only thing you can get from the states - Microsoft point cards wont work unless they're bought in europe.

The ebayer seller I bought mine off is charging £33 now :/
And for that price, you might as well get it from gameplay which are charging £32.99 atm.
