Default PS2 RGB SCART cable

It suddenly dawned on me this evening that I've got so many inputs on my new telly that I can get my PS2 on there as well.

I'd need to be using a SCART input, and taking RGB in through it - The cable I have with my PS2 is for composite output so I'm looking at a specific RGB SCART cable - Is this one suitable?

If it's RGB, what's the bit in the middle for, it looks like composite?

The block in the middle will probably be to allow you to use the same scart socket for some other device. I bought a replacement lead for mine and it had a largely similar setup (with a switch though) to do just that.

My PS2 came with a composite cable and a scart adapter. It's not the same thing.
