Photos Galore!

We have about 30 (full) photo albums here that we'd like to get scanned. Not wanting to send them away, we'd like to do it ourselves.

I was planning on just scanning in a page at a time as there is a lot of writing per page, but would like to know my options first.

Anyone know of any software that is fairly intelligent when it comes to this sort of thing?

I think you're best off scanning them individually tbh.

I had a feeling that'd be the case. Scanning each photo, I should be done by 2027. There are flippin' millions.
