Heh, I don't think it's as complex as you're all googling... when I had it done it was a case of 3 of us line up and the Sergeant sprays it supposedly around our waists so we can feel the sensation.
He decided to spray it in our faces though cos the first time he did it, nothing happened. Bar steward. Pebbles - if you haven't gone - make sure you have spare clothes! And cotton wool! You'll need to gently wipe your face with the pads - NO HOT WATER!! And NO HAND HEATER THINGY IN THE TOILETS! *texts pebbles* Good luck hun, hoping you'll be fine! (Fingers crossed with contacts it won't be as bad!) |
