The only way I can have hot milk is with chocolate in it - I've tried it plain and Mic has it with a bit of sugar in and I just can't drink it.

Not wanting to be too critical but that site is spouting one particular source quite frequently, Carotec Inc. Looking into that company you've got what looks to be two brothers and one of the brother's wife as the three main positions, executive (1 brother), manager (his wife) and treasurer (other brother). I can't find any decent credentials for any of them suggesting that you should even consider taking their word as any form of medical truth. I'm not saying that they're talking rubbish, just that they're not exactly giving me a great impression of their qualifications to speak about that specific subject.

There are other reputable sources on the site though, worth paying attention to.

No not necessarily... you boil it for hours so that it becomes toffee like and you put it in a banoffee pie and eat it

Milk is just mingstastic, Bleeeeeeeugh!! I can't think of any instance where I have milk during a normal day.

Recently I've been buying full fat but it ain't good for me. Got a skimmed bottle the other day and I honestly thought I'd bought some water. Might just stick to semi-skimmed from now on.
