I have heard of this before though & i have a sneaky suspicion that it's one of those deals that has it written in the add somewhere that it can be any one of x amount of designs/models. If this is the case & you signed it then you my dear are *******

The manager of a shop doesn't speak to customers???? What a pile of absolute ****e. I'm sure his seniors wouldn't be impressed with that! Christ.

Just a thought...but how did you pay? You might be able to lodge a dispute with your credit card company and get your money back?

I hope they sort it out for you, keep on at them. It took me over a year of constant phonecalls and a change of manager at a furniture shop to get them to change a table for us years ago, finally got a full refund though and was most pleased.
