Default Tea (The drinking variety)

Do any of you guys drink any kind of speciality, herbal or green teas at all ? I was listening to a podcast last week on my way to work and was recommended Matcha Tea. It's a very very green tea and supposedly has fantastic health benefits such as anti-oxidants, good for managing cholesterol and all sorts of other good stuff.

I ordered some up and took delivery of it on Friday and I can say that upto now its been worth every penny. It's not cheap at £12.95 for 100g but that should make a good 200 cups as only a small amount of powder is used.

I am getting pretty cheesed off having crap tea & coffee at work so I dont mind paying a bit extra and having a good cup or two before I go out and when I get back home. So what do you guys drink

Tea, builders, lots of milk and one sugar.

None of this girly-whirly, namby-pamby, airy-fairy herbal/fruit/twig "tea" for me.

Although I do like the odd Earl Grey.

For a standard cuppa I love Sainsbury's Red Label, I even prefer it (to most people's abject horror) to Yorkshire tea.

At work, when meeting rooms have been vacated and hospitality are yet to come back for the empties, we often swipe the unused herbal teabags that were left behind. All from the Twinings range, I've recently been enjoying green tea with orange, and one with raspberry in. Never really thought much to them before but I'm quite enjoying them as a change from normal tea and coffee.

I quite like tea. First thing in the morning, pipping hot tea. Has to be cool enough to drink, but hot enough so you can't drink too much just for that rush. I quite like green tea too. Got some with with cranberry which is nice.

Assam PF or the local places Houseblend.
I'm a definate snob when it comes to tea and coffee - I only use loose tea and freshly ground coffee.

Slightly white and no sugar. Unless it's a green tea, then no milk or sugar.

I am partial to a few variants.. I always have a jar of Lift Peach Tea around, which is a bit of a comfort drink for me for various reasons. Other than that I prefer Sainsbury's Red Label as an ordinary tea with milk and no sugar, and from Twinings: Earl Grey, Lady Grey with a hint of Orange (gorgeous stuff), and as a relaxing drink Green Tea with Orange and Lotus Flower, all of which are drunk sans milk.

I love coffee and like the occasional tea. Regular herbal teas tend to be full of artificial flavours so I'm not keen on those, however I have found these teas:

very nice indeed. No artificial ingredients at all.
