Default Can someone look at these minidumps for me please?

My main PC blue-screened for no apparent reason this morning. I assumed it was an unstable OC so I set everything to default in the BIOS and rebooted but it wouln't even boot. I got as far as the login screen and it bluescreened again. Tried it again and same thing.

I can boot into safe mode (that's how I got the minidumps) which suggests to my untrained mind, corrupt drivers.

I've been considering a re-install on this for a while and am currently making copies of my important stuff towards that end (does it say something about me that I've copied the Steam folder before anything else? ) but I want to rule out any possibility of broken hardware before I do so.

If someoe could look at them and see if they can determine what the problem is, I'll buy them a beer.

The minidumps are here.

Thank you in advance

NM. I think I may have discovered the cause of the fault:

In retrospect, running my RAM at 2.3V 24/7 may not have been a particuarly good move

Since I've prepared for a reformat and re-install, I may as well go ahead. Part of the reason I was intending was that I wanted to put 4GB RAM in the gaming rig and wanted to install 64 bit Vista Ultimate.
