Suggestions and ideas needed (fancy dress)

I'm off to a birthday party come 2nd May and it has been deemed fancy dress :/

From the invite:

"The theme is the "End of the World or what comes after", and by that you can be as general as and free as you wish with how you interpret it; come as a talking monkey or a post-apocalyptic mutant, come as a bomb or someone from Akira, or Mad Max, or Logan's Run, or Armageddon (that's the viking one), Zombies, or Jesus/Xenu back again, or come as a blackhole. Sure you can think of something

So any ideas? Currently "black hole" is winning

Oh and I am skinter than a very skint thing so the cheaper the better
