*eak*

I was going to draw up my own terms... I've noted down all that needs covering... but now I'm worried I should get someone else to do it!

*hmmmmmmmms*

I don't think I would like to be caught with my knickers down. That would be not good.

Will speak to a couple of suppliers to companies and see whether they have anything drawn up....

Fortunately, I know quite a few city lawers who helped.. but yes, you'll have to sit down and think of worst case scenarios..

I have a PC that was brought to me about a month ago that had a VGA upgrade...Still there, unclammied dispite phone calls. I have a 15% deposit and the PC is mine after 30 and a final written arning. I'll sell to cover costs.

Fankoo for your help hudaroo!

Still ploughing my way through pictures to resize and plonk them together... but something occurred to me...

I am doing an order form and then an attached design sheet.

Do I...

a) Put ALL of my designs on the design sheet and send them up (including seasonal - Christmas, Easter, Valentines, Fathers Day, Mothers Day etc)

Or

b) Send up all General designs and specific ranges (ie chocolate, nerd, I like you) and then send them new seasonal stuff when they're buying for it?

OR

c) Pick out a selection from each category and send those up

The reason I say b) is because when Christmas is being shopped for (which I think it already has been in most places) I will have a different set of cards. As in... they will be able to buy packs of 25 and different sizes etc etc. Also seasonal designs change too.

*unsure*

I think you should have a 'catalogue' of the designs as SCM said, then have order numbers.

Will be quite expensive to produce though... but in the long term may be more cost effective as personally I would not want to have to keep updating one document (order form) every time there is a new design. Instead you can wait till you have a few and add as an insert to the catalogue.

The order forms would be standard and you can just reel them off that way. They would also (I imagine) only be black and white and will save printing costs that way.

Ah ha! Just spoken to Juicy Lucy People (they're FAB) and they do a catalogue as said and no order form (apparently every business does it their own way in this industry... fair enough!)

I am a bit scared to do a big proper catalogue at the moment because things are changing and updating so much that really I will pay out a load of money to have a catalogue done... and then that's it.

Desmo has shown me what he can whizz up though and I'm impressed. I think I will have to employ him to do some of this for me as I really don't want it to look poo!
