No idea, just a small 2 seater with my girlfriends brother (he's and instructor). Flew over Silverstone and Santa Pod. Was awesome.

I've done pretty much sod all today other than answer a couple of phone calls and send a few emails. Just the day I needed really. Plus because I'm working from home I didn't even bother getting dressed until after lunch when I went for a physio appointment.

Have you been watching Nini and the Neurons, loose woman and Jeremy Kyle by any chance?

I'd slit my wrists before I'd watch Jeremy Kyle. I've been watching some episodes of Friends that I downloaded ages ago.
