vietnamese cooking?

I want to try cooking some Vietnamese food after some one recommended it to me. They pretty much like the same stuff I do.

So has any one got any recipes, or even better have any Vietnamese cook books they can recommend.

As long as it tastes good, I couldn't care what meat it uses.
