Looks great, I made something very similar the other week/ Slice open the breast and stuff with cheese or anything else you want. seal it then place in oven for 15-20mins. Make a rostie and server with what ever veg and gravy you want simply awesome.

No garlic! Then again I put garlic in everything

Looks good though Bacon and chicken does work very well together.
