Any good curry recipes?
I very very rarely make currys at home even though I love them (in fact I don't think I have ever made one that didn't have its sauce come out of a jar )
I think this is due to never finding a recipe which appeals to me. I don't like tomatoes and I'm not a fan of milky/creamy currys which usually rules out quite a lot of recipes. Does anyone have anything I can have a go at? To start with, the simpler the better |

No. If you could I wouldn't like it
My best advice would be to buy a tin of ghee and use it instead of vegetable oil. Makes the curry rich and sticky like you get in restaurants.
