New dash November 19th!!!!

EDIT: Seems the Halo 3 thing is called Halo 3 recon and looks like it's a single player thing but I'm sure will have co-op

This from Larry Hryb "H3R is a prologue to the events in Halo 3 that tells the story from an all-new perspective: an ODST recon marine."

Trailer can be seen here which expands the teaser we saw the other week.

Will defo have 4 player co-op, and campaign scoring/multiplayer etc. Dated fall 2009 though, which seems ages away. An expansion 2 years after release seems too long for me.

When I read the bungie page I wasn't sure if the other stuff was Fall 2009 or Reco was. If that is the case that sucks

Happy that the new dash is coming pretty soon (on Colin's Bday as well). Looks excellent from what I've seen so far.

Heh, I've got around 85GB spare on mine, but I'm not sure I'll bother installing any games. Seeing I'll still have to get up and change discs I'm not sure how much I'll use it, unless I find any games have a real performance boost from running from the HD.

exactly my point if I have to get up and stick the disc in why bother installing it

Noise levels!

Whatever game I'm working through at the time will be HD installed just to keep that damn drive from spinning up

Quick summary of what's been said as far as I can make out:

Night Nine Nights sequel, exclusive to 360 (didnt think that did well enough to warrant another!)
Halo 3 Recon, Fall 2009, bit more tactical and stealthy, 4-player co-op, multiplayer maps, forge items, scoring etc - 'Standalone', weather that just means the story or it's s standalone title (own disc with achievements etc) not sure yet. (Longer trailer, quite good)
5 Japanese friendly XBLA titles - Metal Slug 7, Arkanoid Live, Space Invaders Extreme, R-Type and King of Fighters '98
NXE Dated - November 19th
Tekken 6 coming to 360
Star Ocean in February for US and Japan, not long after for us
And another Blueray rumour

SFIV HD Trailer. For just a beat em up that is stunning. WTF at Halo 3 addon for Fall 09? That better be a good few hours of gameplay.
