Bit of soil never did anyone any harm I usually just flick it off if it's a big piece.

Washing mushrooms is bad - they absorb water. Brush them or use a piece of damp kitchen roll to get the dirt off.

Lasagne looks good, Kate. I'm hungry now.

Yeah but when I cook em... obviously the water comes out and I drain off and keep cooking...

*waits for another reason why her mushroom cooking method is bad*
